BELT TENSIONERS

Partex Automotive, çelik, plastik, sac ve alüminyum hammaddelerini kullanarak hammaddeden bitmiş gergi rulmanına kadar kendi içinde üretim yapabilen dünyadaki sayılı gergi rulmanı üreticilerindendir.

TIMING TENSIONERS

The role of a timing tensioner bearing is to apply the proper amount of pressure to the timing belt. If a timing tensioner bearing fails, the moving components of the system will no longer operate in sync, leading to significant engine performance issues.

TIMING KITS

Since the timing belt is recommended to be replaced together with other components such as timing tensioners, kits have become a preferred choice for many users. Their cost-effective structure makes them a popular product category compared to individual component groups.

AUXILIARY & TIMING IDLER PULLEYS

Vehicles feature two different belt systems: V-belt systems and timing belt systems. Auxiliary idler pulleys are found in V-belt systems, which play a key role in delivering power to essential components such as the alternator, power steering pump, air-conditioning compressor, and water pump.

MULTI-V BELTS & KITS

Kits consist of essential components that support the V-belt system, such as auxiliary idler pulleys that help the system rotate smoothly. When multiple components need to be replaced at the same time, kits offer a cost-effective solution.

OAPs

OAP, motor krank mili titreşimlerini azaltan tek yönlü kavrama ünitesine sahip bir parçadır. Bu üstün tek yönlü kavrama, kayış hızı aniden artırıldığında alternatörün zahmetsizce hareket etmesini sağlar.

GEARS

The fundamental role of gears is to allow the timing chain to rotate the camshaft and the crankshaft in proper synchronization. The structure of a cam gear consists of precisely machined gear teeth positioned along its outer surface.

SMART KITS®

Smart Kits® consist of two components: an auxiliary belt and a complete automatic tensioner pulley. These two components are intelligently packaged together in a single Multi-V belt–sized box. They are designed for specific popular engines in selected markets.

TENSIONER LEVERS

Tensioner arms are designed to create the connection between the engine bracket and the belt system. They are a specialized product group commonly used in engines of German automobile manufacturers. They are utilized when there is a specific amount of clearance between the belt system and the engine bracket.

Strong Infrastructure, Expanding Production Capacity

At Partex Automotive, we continuously grow our production strength. In 2010, we commissioned our first factory, designed with American-style architecture and featuring 5,132 m² of indoor space. In the same year, we doubled our production capacity with strategic manufacturing investments.

To meet increasing demand and respond to specialized production needs, we established our second factory in Tekirdağ, Türkiye, dedicated to the manufacturing of all metal components. This new facility, with 7,200 m² of indoor area, is located just 400 meters from our first factory, creating an integrated and efficient production ecosystem.
